Neil’s journey began in United States Air Force Special Operations, serving in a community where mission success depends entirely on split-second execution, leadership under pressure, and flawless aeronautical decision-making. Over a 23-year aviation career, those principles became the baseline for everything he does.

Following his military service, Neil channeled his passion for the vertical world into a career as a professional athlete for GoPro. Traveling the globe, he combined elite athletic performance with world-class storytelling, representing iconic brands at the highest level. Beyond conventional aircraft, Neil holds instructional ratings in skydiving, paragliding, and wingsuiting, giving him an intimately deep, instinctual understanding of aerodynamics, wind, and terrain.

Backed by a Bachelor’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Neil founded Absolute Flight to bring that exact caliber of mastery, discipline, and adventure to the world of specialized aviation.
